You may already know we are part of a COL group (Communities of Learners). This is a group of local schools that work together to enhance Professional Development of staff and raise achievement for students within their schools. It's a national initiative and a great way for schools to share knowledge and expertise.
This year the COL has a focus on "Cultural Relationships for a Responsive Pedagogy". As part of this focus we have been asked to present a survey for our staff, our students and our community. We are keen to have as much participation as possible from our community and ask that you spend a few minutes completing the survey online prior to March 23rd. Click on the link below to participate. All surveys are anonymous. Thank you. We looking forward to hearing our whanau voice.
Well done to our two Year 6 teams who represented Westshore at the recent EPro 8 Challenge. It was a tricky start but they worked hard and showed the awesome perseverence that we strive for at Westshore. Well done teams! A fabulous job!
2018 Swimming Sports
A great day had by all on Friday!
It was fabulous to see all our swimmers and their supporters! We enjoyed watching some of our incredibly talented swimmers in their age groups but also our bravest of students who took on the challenge of swimming sports. Thank you to all our parents who supported our day.
