Due to waste water being released into Ahuriri Estuary today we can NO longer complete optimist yachting as the water is unsafe. I will try to rebook this for later in the year. Thanks to all those parents and grandparents who volunteered to help.
Disco Mania hit last Friday
Big thanks to the PTA who held a beach themed disco last Friday. It was an awesome night for a disco and students had a fantastic time. It was so hot ... students ended up playing outside for the last 15 minutes. The Gallary has more photos.

Week 8 Gotcha draw winners
Congratulations to (back row) Taine, Kian and Tatum and (front row) Emma, Henna and Jacob our gotcha winners from last week. This is the third week in a row we have had all students enter the draw for awesome playground behaviour.
Mural Update
Special thanks to Alyssa (And Rachel) who have just about finished painting our mural to celebrate sea week. Today Alyssa shared the origin and meaning behind the mural with students asking questions. Alyssa has been impressed by our students and how friendly and inquisitive they have been.
